Preflop: A5s could be a raise, call, or fold depending on the table. It’s tough to know which is best given the info provided.
Flop: $30 is good, but you could probably squeeze a couple more nickels out of him when he has a draw or Ax.
Turn: Bet $60ish and fold to a large raise.
Straight draws just got there, but there are a whole bunch of other hands HJ could hold that would love to see a free card. By betting smallish you can charge draws, get value out of hands like A7, and limit what you lose those times that you are behind.
As played, once he bets I think you should call based on your read that you’ve seen him bluff before.
River: As played, put out a blocking bet of 1/2 pot or less.
As played after the check, call. This is a tricky spot because your two pair is very vulnerable, but you know your opponent can bluff and there are a lot of hands in his range he could bluff with plus worse 2 pair hands that he thinks he is value betting. Getting better than 2:1 I think that makes this a call (barely).
Just my opinion…
